Registration with PayPal is a separate task from registering with eFeis.com.

Why?  This is due to the fact that all transactions with eFeis.com are not handled by eFeis.com.  When you select entries to a Feis and proceed to pay, the total amount due is calculated by eFeis.com.  This amount is submitted to PayPal as the amount of fees that are requested from you. 

If you are a previous user of PayPal, you are prompted to simply login.  If you are not, you must create PayPal user account.  This becomes and internet bank account.  You must follow the PayPal process that verifies the credit card information that you provide. This is for your protection.

Keep your PayPal account (username and password) information safe.  Record this information and store in a safe place.

When the PayPal registration is complete, you are able to submit entries to competitions.  As well, you are able to use your PayPal account with thousands of other internet shops and auctions.

Some people have had a problem paying with PayPal due to email changes or credit card changes. If this is you, please contact paypal directly. Since their phone number is not easily found on their site, I have attached it to this posting. The following is copied from the PayPal website:
