Directions		1. Online registration only at www.efeis.com. 2. Online registration is not final until payment is received. No phone entries accepted. 3. Pay via efeis or send check payable to "ROI Feis" to: 2521 Bruce Street, Norfolk, VA 23513-2608. Check payments will be confirmed via e-mail so please include e-mail address with payment. 4. Payment must be postmarked/time stamped before 11:59 EDT, October 4, 2010 to be considered "On Time". 5. Late registration available until October 10, 2010 for a $10 late registration fee. 6. All Champ level competitions begin Saturday morning. Adult & Music competitions will be held Saturday afternoon. All treble reel competitions & treble reel party will be held Saturday evening. All other dances on Sunday. 7. All treble reel registration & treble reel party registration must be done thru www.roiboosterclub.org. Entry forms must be downloaded from the site, completed & mailed with entry fee to the Feis Registar at the above address. Same closing and late closing dates/fees apply. Regular treble reels competitions are $9.00 per competitor. Treble Reel party is $5.00 per competitor. Theme for Treble Reel party is a Masquerade Ball. 8. Dancers registering for competition 98 must contact stage manager prior to dancing. 11. Music open to amatuers only. Celtic themed song, 3 minutes or less.

More info at www.roiboosterclub.org. All treble reel competitions & treble reel party registrations must be done by downloading entry form at www.roiboosterclub.org and mailed to Feis Registrar. Prelims will perform 2 dances; one light shoe & one hard shoe. Both genders compete together. Open Champs will perform a light shoe dance and a set dance. Girls & Boys competitions combined on syllabus. If 3 or more boys are entered in a specific age group in a combined Open Championship competition the boys & girls MUST be split (SR rule 14). Set dance competitions are NOT part of Open Champ comps. They are separate competitions you may enter. In any competition where five or more boys are entered (beg-PW), the feis committee will run a separate competition for these boys (SR rule 19) Competitons with over 25 competitors will be split. Competitions with 24 or less will not be split. Competitions with less than 5 competitors will be merged unless it is specifically prohibited by IDTANA and/or Southern Region rules. Merges will be based on SR rule 19. Figure dances will be the first event of the day on Sunday. Set dances 320-329 & 332-341 are OPEN TO ALL participants Prizewinner & below. NO champion level dancers permitted. Competitors for baking & art shall turn their entries in to the Feis Registration desk on Sunday morning prior to 10:30 am. Judging will be complete by 1:00 pm.
